Free – Parent’s Support Day for Parents of Children with Autism
Another opportunity: Tuesday 29th August !!
Following our support day in July, we have a further 10 places available on another parent’s support day being held on Tuesday 29th August at our office in Bracknell.
If you have heard about ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and want to find out how it might work for you, this is your chance to find out more.
There will be presentations on the following topics:
• What is Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and how it works in practice
• Getting a diagnosis and surviving the Special Educational Needs system
In addition, Suzy Yardley, (Clinical Manager and Deputy CEO) and Mandy Williams (CEO), will be available for a one to one chat about any concerns you have or problems you are facing.
Depending on demand, similar sessions will be available in August and September.
One or two family members may attend.
Unfortunately due to the size of the venue, we cannot accommodate children.
A light lunch will be provided and a contribution of up to £25 can be made to your travel costs for one member of each family attending (on receipt of train tickets or relevant receipts, confirmation of mileage .

The sessions will run between 11am – 2pm with one to one slots available between 2pm – 4pm. Travel arrangements and further details will be sent on confirmation of place.
