You can do this by becoming a member of Child Autism UK. As a member you will receive regular information about autism, ABA and developments in Education and our newsletter updates. We will also let you know about Government policies that might affect your child
As parent who has gone through the system you might want to pass on your experiences to parents in your area and support other parents who are facing the problems you faced.
If you are a professional, you might wish to join Child Autism UK to keep up to date with the developments in the ABA/autism sectors.
If you have a relative or friend who has a child with autism you may want to join Child Autism UK to keep in touch with campaigns and to show your support.
Child Autism UK celebrates the work of its volunteers. No matter how much time you have to give, there is always something you can do to help Child Autism UK. Whether you are able to help regularly or can only offer a bit of time, there are plenty of ways you can contribute and help us continue to support parents and improve the lives of children with autism
We are always looking for people to help in our office in Ascot. We really value our volunteers and the work they do. We understand that sometimes volunteers are volunteering to get the experience they need and we are passionate about ensuring they benefit from helping us.
- Our fundraiser started work as a volunteer helping with filing and administration; now she is a valued member of our fundraising team.
- Ed joined us after leaving university to get some solid work experience, now he is a marketing assistant with a major UK charity.
Whether you are a parent, professional or supporter of Child Autism UK you can make a significant difference by letting people know about autism, ABA and Child Autism UK.
